Bazuka Energy Limited (BEL) is a wholly owned Ghanaian company operating within the downstream petroleum sector of Ghana. Incorporated in April 2021, commenced the importation and distribution of petroleum products as a licensed Bulk Distribution Company (BDC) in March 2025. The promoters of the business have over the years, built capacity, experience and strategic relationships within the Oil and Gas industry in Ghana, West Africa and Internationally. They have over the period managed and distributed over two hundred thousand metric tons (200,000MT) metric tonnes of various refined petroleum onto the Ghanaian market through partnership with retail and marketing companies.

BEL is focused on becoming one of the leading BIDECs in Ghana and intends holding strategic petroleum product supply relationship with Vitol Trading S.A., Glencore Uk, British Petroleum (BP), Trafigura, etc. BEL will trade in all refined petroleum products including gasoline, gasoil, Marine Gas Oil (MGO), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Fuel Oil.
